Suggestion for new article

Would be cool to read about how to handle translations in static apps (i18n and I10n).
For instance for AngularJS there exists a module called angular-translate (http://angular-translate.github.io/docs/#/guide) and I am sure for other frameworks there should be something similar available.
A comprehensive overview of which option a developer has, in order to translate his/her templates would be awesome!
