Bug in V3.6.17105+ with CmdScrollDownHalfPage and CmdScrollUpHalfPage in Fit to Page Width View in non-continuous view

I have the settings:
[ Cmd = CmdScrollDownHalfPage Key = Return ] [ Cmd = CmdScrollUpHalfPage Key = Shift + Return ]

Before this version they worked correctly, in non-continuous view each ENTER press does ScrollDownHalfPage until the page stops at the bottom and now pressing ENTER will not continue to the next page, which is the desired behavior.
Now starting from version V3.6.17105, each ENTER press moves to the next page!

I am using non-continuous view.

I assume this is only when a page is bigger than window.

This is not related to key bindings but to change adding scrollbars in non-continuous mode and CmdScrollDownHalfPage command (Shift + Arrow Down).

Before:

• if page fully fits in window, no scrollbars and CmdScrollDownHalfPage goes to next page
• if page > window, scrollbars visible CmdScrollDownHalfPage scrolls by half page and doesn't advance to next page

Now: scrollbars are always visible and CmdScrollDownHalfPage always advances to next page.

Also affects scrolling with Arrow Up and Arrow Down.

Not sure I can 100% match the old behavior in new mode since scrolling is tied to scrollbars.

Do I need a setting that preserves the old behavior (ScrollbarsAlwaysInSinglePage = true)?

I really request that you add the setting to revert to the old behavior.
The old behavior of being able to scroll half a page and then stop at the top of the page, and as I wrote above (and I wanted to add to what I wrote above that I use the "Show scroll bars" option disabled), I really miss it, and I had to go back to the previous version that was released a few months ago for now.
