[feature] Support for `hasManyThrough` and `hasOneThrough`

@yidas, its nice to have implementations to support hasManyThrough and hasOneThrough like in Laravel.

Honestly, I made these CodeIgnitor 3 packages for continuous development of legacy projects, I think if you still have the opportunity to choose a framework or the project is not developed very deeply, it is better to choose a framework with these features.

If nothing else, I will enhance the CodeIgniter 3 package if everyone still supports with Github star.
