Revamps the TypeScript LangChain guide and updates docs.

• Overhauls guide content: adds “LangChain primitives” with doc links, introduces configurable vars, getTools helper (supports MCP servers and individual tools with de‑dupe), wraps tool execution with authorization interrupts, improves streaming/interrupt handling loop using Command resume, uses MemorySaver/thread config, adds “Next Steps,” and updates the full example to match.
• Fixes nav metadata: langchain title corrected from “LangGraph” to “LangChain”.
• Glossary updates: refines “Agent” definition and adds entries for “Harness,” “ReAct Agent,” and “Arcade API.”

• There's slightly more code now (unfortunately this is necessary to implement adding more than a single toolkit + individual tools)
• There's a couple of new entries in the glossary
