In the case of any spotify user that does not have an avatar image, the code was unable to get it and displayed an error. I added a default avatar image.
Also, if you didn't play any music from your devices that already have Spotify opened, the code wouldn't recognize the device ID which should be passed as options to spotify.play() method to get the first device from the user's devices object.
