The 0.7.2 release of the Sysprep Preparation Tool is now available, with new features and enhancements:

  • Preparation Tasks are now run asynchronously
  • A new Automatic Mode has been added. This automatically goes through all screens, therefore eliminating user interaction (unless warnings or errors are detected by CCPs)
  • Exception handling has been improved in the Active Directory domain join CCP
  • A new Preparation Task has been added to improve integration with the DISMTools PE (#9):
SysprepPreparator_BOOTMGR_v2.mp4
  • Subprocess reporting has been added to many of the Preparation Tasks:

  • The program is now DPI-aware
