  • Drop custom crunchydata/nixpkgs version of crystal and use upstream nipxkgs. It's come a long way in the last few years, so it's nice not not need any custom stuff
  • Drop flake-utils
  • Update crystal 1.11 -> 1.16
  • Update all shards
