Update 6.0 installer CRDs, rbac, and pgbouncer image

What is the current behavior (link to any open issues here)?

The current installer isn't using our "official" CRDs. It still has crunchybridgecluster rbac. It has the wrong pgbouncer image.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)

Updated CRDs, removes unneeded rbac, fixes pgbouncer version.

📝 Just to note, these files were used prior to the recent refactor that now points to ../rbac/cluster instead of ../rbac for RBAC resources.
