LIMS-849: Improve view of DC groups

Summary:

Improve the view of data collection groups on the main data collection page.

Changes:

• Add a blue tint and some CSS borders to highlight that this is a data collection group. Also bolden the link to click into the group.
• Use words like "Max", "Min" or "Total" before DC parameters to clarify what is being displayed.
• Switch to total number of images rather than minimum number of images
• Show distl plot for all images in the group
• Remove Reprocessing button (can still be done by clicking into the group)
• Show Auto Processing and Downstream Processing for all data collections in the group
• Add 'loading' effect to the cursor while processing bar loads, as this can now take a couple of seconds
• Show warnings and errors from all data collections in the group (the number of warnings displayed may still be wrong, that is a separate ticket)

To test:

• This branch has been deployed to ispyb-stage-1 for easier testing
• Find a visit with one or more data collection groups, eg /dc/visit/cm40608-5/ty/fc
• Check the group appears blue with extra borders to show it is a group. Check the buttons look ok.
• Check the distl plot has the same number of images (x coordinate) as the Total Images for the group.
• Check the processing bars contain all the processing jobs for all data collections in the group
• Check the cursor briefly changes when opening one of the processing bars
• Click into the group and check the view is unchanged from production (apart from minor labelling changes)
