Added entry point to request for align-and-merge job for CLEM workflow and register its results

Part of ongoing work for issue #288 .

Key Changes:

• Added entry points to trigger align-and-merge workflow and register its output in an SQL database
• Updated entry point names for the other CLEM workflows; they are now standardised as "clem.[workflow_name]"

This PR is linked to this one, so they will need to go live together to prevent breakage.
