  • Extended the installation documentation for Ubuntu 24.04
  • Added missing header includes
  • In both Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 24.04 it is no longer required to compile Thrift manually. Thus I removed Thrift related CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH and PATH environmental variable settings from the guide.
  • In Ubuntu 24.04, the ODB package is still too old and it needs to be compiler from source.

Yes, I added Ubuntu 24.04 to CI in commit 0db6d2e.
