added glm4.py and glm4_layer.py
added glm4 support in auto_model.py and templates.py
Note: There are two versions of GLM4 9b chat. "THUDM/glm-4-9b-chat-hf" and "THUDM/glm-4-9b-chat". This implementation supports the first one.
Also not sure if the the prompt template is correct cause the official guidance is not very clear.
