Add a Team page to the docs

It's a bit over-engineered.
But I wanted to avoid having to edit content when people update profile pictures or names -- just regenerate the docs (which we do whenever we merge a PR)
If we find that this causes problems we can always strip out the webscraping and hardcode things.

We might want to extend this by also including peoples github profile blurbs?
Possibly then remove orgs from this record then so as not to duplicate
