This PR introduces the G1 Health module, including:
g1_health_api.py: Defines the health API endpoints and data structures.g1_health_client.py: Implements the client to interact with the health API.These files allow monitoring and controlling the G1 robot's health status. Future improvements can extend this module for more sensors or status checks.
