Add Preact integration

🎯 Changes

This introduces the preact integration, I had to create a custom useStore because the other packages are a bit behind and the types didn't match. I could have used @tanstack/preact-store but that only has an 0.11 version which doesn't work with the 0.8 version we are currently built for.
