1. Remove 2021 calendar 2. Regenerate html/pdf 2022 calendar
Replaced local ASpace.js with the ASpace Git submodule and updated calendar HTML files to use the minified ASpace from the submodule. Upgraded highlight.js to v11.11.1 and switched to local PrismJS assets (prism.js, prism.css) under js/ and css/ directories. Removed old prism.js and prism.css files, and updated index.py to fix language list order.
