Compare 2 NS runs to find difference in data collected

How to run:

node-scraper compare-runs path1 paths --ignore-plugins SomePlugin
node-scraper compare-runs path1 path2 --include-plugins DmesgPlugin
node-scraper compare-runs path1 path2 --include-plugins DmesgPlugin --dont-truncate

Special parsing added for finding differences in dmesg.log content btw 2 runs.
The rest of the plugins is just a datamodel comparison to find discrepancies.
