This PR introduces AppStream MetaInfo file, which is essential for Linux packaging like Flatpak.

Related to #5651.

Made a couple of changes to clean things up and use ai.opencode.desktop as the identifier everywhere. I'm not familiar with AppStream but from seeing other Tauri projects that define a metainfo.xml this should be correct.

@Brendonovich The new ID would violate the Flathub requirement that ID must not end in .desktop, according to the documentation.
