[AINode] Integrate Chronos2 as builtin forecasting model

To bridge the distance between time series data and cutting-edge time series forecasting foundation models, in this PR, we introduce Chronos2 into IoTDB-AINode. With the brand new model management architecture, this process is easy and convenient :). Hence, this PR also works as the standard template for how to integrate an open source time series model into AINode.
