Reason for this change

Route53 now supports for enabling accelerated recovery for public hosted zone.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/accelerated-recovery.html

Description of changes

  • add enableAcceleratedRecovery to PublicHostedZoneProps

- Created integration test for Route 53 accelerated recovery.
- Added CloudFormation templates and asset files for the integration test.
- Updated manifest and snapshot files to include new test cases and configurations.
- Implemented necessary resources in the CDK stack for testing.
