Dependency bump of mkdocs-rss-plugin from 1.15.0 to 1.17.7 in requirements.txt. Codacy shows no new issues, coverage or complexity deltas. Main risks are dependency compatibility and breaking changes introduced between versions; changelog shows bug fixes and small enhancements but also an upstream pinned dependency change in past releases.
This is a dependency version bump only. Ensure CI (tests, linting, docs build) runs successfully and review changelog for any breaking changes or upstream pins that could affect Python compatibility (notably jsonfeed-util concerns mentioned in 1.17.2).

Updated dependency to mkdocs-rss-plugin==1.17.7. Confirm that your supported Python versions remain compatible with this release (changelog notes previous fixes around jsonfeed-util and Python 3.9 syntax). Run the docs build and relevant integration checks for remote image handling (timeout added) and material plugin interactions (a fix mentions mkdocs_config.plugins.get("material/blog") can be None).
Bumps mkdocs-rss-plugin from 1.15.0 to 1.17.4.
