Adds an attribute
sectionto componentDocLinkto support links to specific sections of cppdoc pages, and update corresponding doc guides.The example is not working because almost all pages currently migrated are either not at the position specified by slug_map.json, or cannot be linked to because
DocLinkrequires all pages have a key.
