What changed / why:
Added a conditional for npm ci so the build won’t fail if package-lock.json is missing.
Everything else (copying tsconfig.json, src/, building, exposing port, entrypoint) remains the same.
Keeps the build reproducible if you do commit package-lock.json, but safe if you don’t.
