Hey, I'm not sure if this is interesting to you at all. I needed the force user/group and your image seems to be the best available in DockerHub so modified the entrypoint to support it.
If you interested in this option, I can add a few lines of doc. Otherwise, feel free to close the PR as I'm already using my locally built image.
