This is the secrets bug from #15624, I think. It only happened on merging main in... odd. I'm looking into this now. |

@jrn00 now that we've got the build going, you're getting a 404 when we go to speakers or program. Check it out here: https://deploy-preview-15702--devopsdays-web.netlify.app/events/2026-raleigh/welcome/
You need a speakers.md and a program.md file for those to work. Check out https://github.com/devopsdays/devopsdays-web/tree/main/content/events/2024-raleigh for reference.

I'm approving because the error is a Netlify thing and not a PR thing. After this merges, you need to review some things with your schedule and speaker page. Looks like some of the talks aren't showing up quite right (May 1 at 10:20 is missing a speaker, 12:55 is empty) and some speaker pictures aren't showing up either. Let's fix that in a separate PR.
