Addresses regression from dropbox#270. Makes paths resolve correctly in repositories, where root project dir and Git rood dir do not match. This fixes dropbox#292

Hi, @joshafeinberg, would you mind reviewing my changes, please? The issue, which I'm attempting to fix, makes AMD basically non-functional in repos, which git and project roots do not match. |
