Should be done, what’s currently missing is an explanation of AF3 limitations and a call to compare side chains between AF3 model vs docking model vs reference

Would be nice to do sanity chek on my answers to the qusetinos. Also feel free to add more details, if needed!

UPD: added somewhat romantic part about human skills in modelling, would be nice to have it proof-read by someone

Yeah, saw that part. I think it’s ok to keep for now. Not for the actual modelling, but for the general timeline of “DeepMind makes AI play Go” to “AlphaFold2 is here”. May-be will delete next year

I would not show this figure. The slide is actually adapted from Marc Lensing. At some point our evaluation paper will get published. But for now this is not really relevant for the course.
