feat(mobile): set an image asset as device's wallpaper

Description

This commit aims to add a "Set as wallpaper" button to the image grid when one image is selected, and to the action buttons of the detail pane on the image viewer. Also, l18n has been added for english and polish.

How Has This Been Tested?

The app has been run on a real device (moto g72) both in debug and release modes.
