Cache collisions may occur when compiling:
StringTemplateSourceobjects having same string hashCodeTemplateSourceobjects having same filename but incompatible runtime typesThis PR fixes them by implementing proper equals / hashCode methods in
TemplateSourceclasses.Tests have been added to exhibit the expected behaviours (that failed without this patch).
Fixes #686
