This PR updates the Azure DevOps release publishing pipeline to explicitly install Node.js so npm is available in the release publisher environment (the base image no longer reliably includes it).

Changes:

  • Add a NodeTool@0 step (Node 20.x) to the tarball publishing job before running npm publish.
