Disables the staging deployment stage in the sample publishing Azure Pipeline to unblock production publishes when the staging service connection is invalid.
Changes:
- Commented out the
DeployStagingstage (including its AzureFileCopy tasks) in the pipeline YAML to prevent it from being evaluated.
