Summary

  • Added new Star Wars guide page to documentation
  • Updated navigation in docs.json to include the new page under Use cases
  • Fixed invalid contextual option value from "add-mcp" to "mcp"

Note

Low Risk
Pure documentation and config-list updates with no runtime code changes; main risk is broken navigation/options if page slugs or option names are incorrect.

Overview
Adds new Guides content pages (guides/star-wars.mdx, guides/bananas.mdx, guides/mangoes.mdx) and surfaces them under the Guides Use cases navigation group in docs.json.

Also fixes a contextual menu configuration value by renaming the contextual.options entry from add-mcp to mcp.

Unrelated Star Wars content accidentally committed to docs

High Severity

The guides/star-wars.mdx page contains a generic overview of the Star Wars franchise with no connection to Mintlify. Every other page in the "Use cases" navigation group (developer-documentation, knowledge-base, support-center) is a practical guide for using Mintlify to build a specific type of documentation site. This appears to be test or placeholder content that was accidentally included in the commit and would be published to production docs.

Valid contextual option add-mcp incorrectly replaced with mcp

Medium Severity

The "add-mcp" value was changed to "mcp", but both are distinct valid options per ai/contextual-menu.mdx in this repo. "mcp" copies the MCP server URL to clipboard, while "add-mcp" copies the npx add-mcp install command. The PR description claims "add-mcp" is invalid, but it's a documented, supported option — this change silently alters the contextual menu's behavior.

## Storage tips

Store bananas at room temperature until ripe. To slow ripening, refrigerate them (the peel may darken, but the fruit stays fresh). Separate bananas from the bunch to slow ripening further.

Unrelated bananas guide page accidentally committed

Medium Severity

The guides/bananas.mdx file and its navigation entry in docs.json appear to be accidentally included. The PR title is "Add Star Wars guide page" and the description only mentions the Star Wars guide, navigation update, and contextual option fix — there's no mention of a bananas guide. This unrelated placeholder content would be published to the live documentation site under "Use cases."

Test pages for bananas and mangoes accidentally committed

High Severity

The PR description only mentions adding a Star Wars guide page, but guides/bananas.mdx and guides/mangoes.mdx were also added along with their navigation entries in docs.json. These pages about fruit have no relation to Mintlify's documentation platform — the existing "Use cases" guides cover topics like developer documentation, knowledge bases, and support centers. These appear to be test/placeholder content accidentally included in the commit.
