Personal greeting accidentally committed in page title

High Severity

The page title was changed from "Introduction" to "hello ryan nguyen Introduction", which adds a personal greeting to a user-facing documentation page. This looks like test or personal code that was accidentally committed and would be visible to all users visiting the getting started page.
