I Used To create this docs MkDocs
I did not changed main directory and everything is ok .. you can still edit your documentation whith out any hassel . if my pull request get accepted . I will add many feature like google analytic . minimal blog page , github commenting system , print, pdf option many more .

after accepted my repo you have to do some configuration in docs.yml in root directory ..
