This change improves the type safety in src/lib/string.ts and src/lib/geo-location.ts by removing usages of @ts-expect-error and replacing them with proper type definitions.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15985580072012282164 started by @serhalp

This change improves the type safety in `src/lib/string.ts` and
`src/lib/geo-location.ts` by removing usages of `@ts-expect-error` and
replacing them with proper type definitions.

In `src/lib/string.ts`, the `capitalize` function now has explicit
`string` types for its parameters and return value.

In `src/lib/geo-location.ts`, a new `GeoLocationAPIResponse` interface
has been introduced to define the shape of the API response, and a
type assertion is used to safely access the `geo` property.
