urllib: add support for capturing request and response headers

Description

This PR adds support to capture and sanitize custom client headers in the urllib instrumentation. While at it also fixed the instrumented Opener.open handling of headers if added via Opener.addheaders.

This work might belong in another PR, but it looks like there are some additional headers that are added by urllib in URLopener:_open_generic_http (e.g. auth, proxy and content type headers) that are not in addheaders. It seems like the only way to get all headers would be to wrap the request method directly. Let me know what you think.

Good catch! To fix that we should do an http.client instrumentation though 😅
