This PR replaces the "services" step in the AWS benchmark wizard configuration with a comprehensive "workflows" step. The change expands the selection from 2 generic service categories to 23 specific AWS workflow options that users can select for benchmark analysis.
Changes:
- Renamed step ID from "services" to "workflows" with updated title and description
- Updated the "regions" step's nextStep reference to point to the new "workflows" step
- Replaced 2 service options with 23 comprehensive workflow options covering various AWS services (EC2, RDS, EBS, Lambda, ECS, ASG, DynamoDB, VPC, etc.)

id matches the workflow json file name
displayName is what we show to user in the wizard
