This PR upgrades
DataContext,DefaultDataContextandNamedDataContextto use ES2015 class syntax. It also extendsDataContextby addingDataContext.user$andDataContext.interactiveUser$observables. These properties may be used by any process that wants to get the user or the interactive user of a context.
