Refactors picker item rendering and styling (incl. new labelOffsetPercentage), fixes 12‑hour/spacing formatting, updates docs/examples, and bumps dependencies with release v2.4.0.

• Core:
  • Extracts PickerItem component and uses it in DurationScroll to render list items.
  • Corrects 12‑hour generation to start at 12 AM and updates padding to use figure space via padNumber.
• Styles/API:
  • Reworks TimerPicker styles (absolute label placement via left percentage, vertical offsets, wider container, FlatList padding) and adds styles.labelOffsetPercentage.
  • TimerPickerModal updates container/content spacing and picker container margin.
• Docs & Examples:
  • README examples and guidance refreshed; documents labelOffsetPercentage and transparent fade‑out usage tweaks.
  • Example apps updated (layout tweaks, navigation arrows logic, custom buttons) and Expo deps bumped.
• Tests:
  • Updates tests for 12‑hour strings and figure‑space padding.
• Tooling/Housekeeping:
  • Bumps package version to 2.4.0; adjusts ESLint rule; updates lockfile/dependencies.
