Unify examples, align with Turtle examples, update references

This PR organizes and unifies the examples in the repository and synchronizes them with the examples from the Turtle specification. In addition, it updates the references (both internal and external) to ensure they are consistent, up to date, and suitable for automated verification.

@domel Sorry, I am catching up with my role as new editor. I looked in the RDF turtle editors draft of November 7th. The examples for rdf-turtle are not yet merged. I will wait until the equivalent there is merged before this one.

Also I think that the changes requested by @afs in the text are not yet applied, or is that a github UI issue?

@domel with the change in figures there should be a corresponding change in the text. I believe that is what @afs was asking about.
