This PR exists to provide access to the generate documents so far during the SCI Web process, for sharing with the W3C Sustainable Web Interest group meetings, and to support discussion within that group.

The first few weeks have been focussed on identifying personas, what actions they are incentivised to do, and so on

Note this is WIP, there is more work to tidy it up, but it seemed better to share now

It's different from the W3C and uses an LLM to iteratively generate synthesised summaries of everyone's responses.
